A subscription belongs to one server. If you run two servers, each needs its own Premium. You buy and manage it in the dashboard of that server, under Premium.

Billing questions.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account in the dashboard. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume it until then. After that the server switches to Free.
What happens to my settings after a downgrade?
They stay stored. The bot uses the free behaviour, Premium settings show as locked, and everything applies again when you upgrade.
Is Premium per account or per server?
Per server. Each server with Premium has its own subscription, even if the same person pays for several.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through Stripe. The payment methods you see depend on your country.
Do transcripts disappear when Premium ends?
Saved transcripts keep the expiry date they were saved with. New transcripts follow the free retention of 30 days.
What are premium keys?
Codes for giveaways and partners. A key adds a number of Premium days to one server and is redeemed in the dashboard.
What does Whitelabel cost, and what do I need?
Whitelabel costs € 4.99 a month or € 49.90 a year per server, on top of Premium. You need your own application in the Discord developer portal with the Server Members and Message Content intents turned on.
What happens to Whitelabel when Premium ends?
The server falls back to the shared bot. Your token and settings stay stored. Resend your panels afterwards, because buttons belong to the bot that sent them.
Where do I find my invoices?
In your account in the dashboard. It lists every invoice with a link to view it and a PDF, and shows all your subscriptions per server.
Do you have discount codes?
Sometimes, for example for partners or events. Enter a code in the Stripe checkout, in the field for a promotion code. While a sale runs, its discount is applied automatically and that checkout has no code field, so a code and a sale cannot be combined.
