Ticket bot for Discord roleplay servers
Members open a private ticket with one press. Your team claims it, answers and closes it. Every setting lives in a web dashboard, not in a wall of commands.
Five building blocks, all set up in the dashboard. Free covers the core, Premium adds the helpers busy teams want.
Buttons, a dropdown or a command. Up to 25 topics in one message, each with its own team.
Up to five questions before a ticket opens. The answers arrive with the ticket, not three messages later.
One press and the team knows who has it. Names, categories and permissions can follow the claim.
PremiumA readable copy of every ticket, kept on the platform and posted where your team looks.
Close quiet tickets, remind members, clean up. Up to ten rules per panel.
PremiumWalk one ticket from the first press to the transcript. Use the mouse, or Tab and Enter.
Next: Create ticket.

Buttons, a dropdown, a command or a private thread. Pick a style and see what members get.
One message, up to 25 buttons. Each button opens a ticket in its own panel, with its own team, category and form.
All topics in one tidy menu. Each option has a label, an emoji and a short description.
Members type $new or /new in the channels you choose. The reason lands in the ticket.
Tickets open as private threads in one channel. They do not count towards the limit of 500 channels.
A form collects what the team needs before the ticket opens. Automations close quiet tickets, so nothing lingers.
Type into the form. The ticket message updates as you go.
Up to five questions. Answers as an embed or as {create.form.1} to {create.form.5}.
If the owner sends no message for 24 hours, close the ticket.
Up to ten rules per panel. Automations are part of Premium.
