Dropdown
One menu on the panel message that opens tickets in different panels.
A dropdown puts all topics into one tidy menu instead of a row of buttons. Every option opens a ticket in its own panel.
#Settings
- Enable dropdown. When on, the panel message shows the menu instead of buttons.
- Placeholder. The grey text in the closed menu. Default: Choose a topic …
- Options. Up to 25, the Discord limit for one menu.
#An option
- Label. Up to 100 characters, for example Whitelist.
- Panel. The panel that opens the ticket. Every option needs a different panel, Discord does not allow two options with the same value.
- Emoji. Optional, shown in front of the label.
- Description. Optional, a grey line below the label, up to 100 characters.
The panel behind an option uses its own roles, category, form and messages. Its own panel message is not needed: the dropdown lives in the message of the panel you send.
Typical setup: one panel Support desk with the dropdown, sent once. Three more panels Whitelist, Report and Question with their own teams, never sent on their own.
