Command style
Opening tickets with a command in chosen channels instead of a button.
Command style lets members open a ticket of this panel by typing $new or /new. It suits servers that prefer a command channel over a panel message.
#Settings
- Enable command style. Off by default.
- Channels. The channels where
$newopens a ticket of this panel. Channels inside a chosen category count too. - All channels. Listen everywhere instead of only in the chosen channels.
- Delete the command. Removes the member's
$newmessage after the ticket opens, which keeps the channel tidy.
#Usage
$new {reason} opens a ticket for yourself. The reason is available as {create.reason} and {reason}.
$new @member {reason} opens a ticket for somebody else. Only the support team can do that.
$ticket is an alias of $new.
#Several panels with command style
If more than one panel listens in the same channel, the first one in your panel list wins. Give each panel its own channels to keep it predictable.
Command style skips the form. Ask members to put the important facts in the reason.
