The account area collects everything that belongs to you rather than to a single server. Open it from the avatar menu at the top right of the dashboard, or go straight to your account.

#Profile

Your Discord name and avatar, as Discord sends them when you sign in. To change them, change them in Discord and sign in again.

#Subscriptions

All your Premium and Whitelabel subscriptions, grouped by server. Each one shows the plan, monthly or yearly, its status and the date it renews or ends.

Cancel stops the renewal. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Resume undoes a cancellation, as long as that period is still running.
Payment method opens Stripe, where you change your card or another payment method. We never see your payment details.

You buy Premium and Whitelabel on the server itself: open the server in the dashboard and go to Premium or Whitelabel. Every server has its own subscription, even if you pay for several.

#Invoices

Every invoice of your subscriptions, newest first, with date, amount and status. View opens the invoice at Stripe, PDF downloads it. The list is synced from Stripe, so a new invoice can take a moment to appear after a payment.

#Discount codes and sales

Discounts appear on the invoice of the payment they apply to.

Discount codes. If you have a code, enter it in the Stripe checkout, in the field for a promotion code. The checkout shows the reduced price before you pay.
Sales. While a sale runs, the pricing page shows it, and the checkout applies its discount on its own. The discount covers the first payment; after that the normal price applies.
Not both. A checkout with a running sale has no code field, so a code cannot be added on top of a sale. Keep your code for a time without a sale if it gives you more.

#Cancelling and downgrade

When Premium ends, the server uses the free behaviour. Settings stay stored. Premium settings show as locked and apply again when you upgrade.
Messages longer than the free limit are cut when sent, not deleted. Transcripts stay 30 more days, then those older than 30 days are deleted. See Transcripts.
A Whitelabel subscription ends at the end of its own period. A server whose Premium ends also falls back to the shared bot, even if Whitelabel is still paid. Resend your panels after the switch, see Whitelabel.
Premium from a premium key ends when its days are used up. There is nothing to cancel.

#Sign out

Sign out in the avatar menu ends your session on this device.
Sign out on all devices in your account ends every session at once, for example after you used a shared computer.

Signing out does not change anything on your servers. The bot keeps running.

#Your data

What we store about you and for how long is described in the privacy policy. Write to the contact there if you want your account data deleted.
