General
Support roles, additional roles, ticket number padding, two-step close and auto pin.
The General group holds the basics of a panel: who works on its tickets and how closing behaves.
#Support roles
Members with one of these roles see every ticket of the panel, can use buttons and commands marked as support only, and count as level 1 in permission levels. What they may do inside the channel is set under Permissions.
Never add
@everyoneas a support role. Every member would see every ticket.
#Additional roles
A second group of roles with its own permissions. The default lets them read tickets without writing, which suits observers such as trainees or a management role.
#Ticket number padding
Premium. Every ticket gets a running number per panel, available as {count}. Padding fills it with zeros to a fixed length. The default is 4, so ticket 57 becomes 0057. On Free the padding stays at 4.
| Padding | Ticket 7 | Ticket 57 |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | 7 | 57 |
| 2 | 07 | 57 |
| 4 | 0007 | 0057 |
| 6 | 000007 | 000057 |
The maximum is 20.
#Two-step close
On by default. Pressing Close first asks for confirmation with the close question from Ticket. Turn it off to close at once.
#Two-step ticket
On by default. A closed ticket stays as a channel in a closed state. Your team then gets the controls to reopen, save a transcript or delete. Turn it off and Close deletes the ticket right away.
#Auto pin
Pins the ticket message when a ticket opens, so the Close and Claim buttons stay one click away in long tickets.
