Server configs
Prefix, language, dashboard and blacklist roles, the global ticket limit, trusted bots, bot profile and backups.
Server configs hold the settings that apply to the whole server, not to one panel.
#General
- Prefix. Up to five characters. Default:
$. With!, the help command becomes!help. Slash commands are not affected. - Language. English or German. The bot replies in this language, and new panels start with texts in it.
- Dashboard roles. Members with one of these roles can open the dashboard for this server and change everything, without the Discord Administrator permission. They are level 2 in permission levels.
- Blacklist roles. Members with one of these roles cannot use commands or buttons of the bot. A Muted role is a common choice.
- Global ticket limit. How many open tickets one member may have across all panels. 0 means no limit.
Never blacklist
@everyone. The bot would ignore every member, including you, unless you are an administrator or the owner.
#Trusted bots
The bot ignores messages from other bots. Add the ids of bots whose messages may trigger commands and custom commands, for example a bot that posts applications. Up to 25.
#Customise the bot
Premium. Give the bot its own nickname, bio, avatar and banner on this server. Find it in the dashboard under Customize bot. Other servers keep the default profile.
#Backup and restore
Server owner only. Create a backup key on one server and use it on another to copy panels and custom commands. Tickets, transcripts and statistics are not copied.
- The key is shown once. Keep it outside Discord.
- A restore copies the current settings of the source server at the moment you restore, not a snapshot from when the key was made.
- Treat the key like a password. If it leaked, create a new one.
#Remove the bot
The dashboard can make the bot leave the server. Your settings stay stored, so adding the bot again brings them back.
