Moderator
The messages the bot sends when a ticket is closed, reopened or deleted, and the team controls.
These messages appear in the ticket when its state changes. {author} is whoever pressed the button or ran the command.
#Closed message
Sent when a ticket closes. Default: Ticket closed by {author}. Add {close.reason} to show the reason given with $close.
#Reopened message
Sent when a closed ticket is opened again. Default: Ticket reopened by {author}.
#Team controls
Sent right after the closed message when two-step ticket is on. It carries the Reopen, Transcript and Delete buttons, which are support only by default.
#Delete message
Sent a few seconds before a ticket channel is deleted, so nobody is surprised when it disappears. {delete.reason} holds the reason given with $delete.
Customised moderator messages are part of Premium. Free servers send them within the free message limits: one embed, 250 characters.
