Ticket numbers over time, the ticket list and a record of every change in the dashboard.
The dashboard keeps an eye on your support without extra bots or spreadsheets.
#Statistics
The statistics page shows ticket activity over time: how many tickets were opened, claimed and closed, and how the work spreads over panels and team members.

The numbers come from ticket events the bot records. Tickets from before the bot joined are not included.
#Tickets
A list of the tickets of your server with number, panel, owner and state, so you can find a ticket without scrolling through Discord.
#Transcripts
All saved transcripts of the server, newest first, with a link to open or copy. They stay 30 days on Free, and with Premium as long as it runs. See Transcripts.
#Dashboard history
Every change in the dashboard is recorded: who changed what and when, for example Max changed panel 2: ticket message, limits. Use it to answer the question who turned that off. Members never see it.
