Panel and multi panels

The panel message, buttons per row and attaching other panels as extra buttons.

The Panel group shapes the message members see before they have a ticket.

#Panel message

The message with the Create ticket button. Default title {panel.name}, with a short line that explains what happens when somebody presses the button. Say which panel is for what if you have several.

#Images

Premium. Add up to ten images to the panel message: upload PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP files up to 8 MB in the dashboard, or paste an image link. Each image can have a description for screen readers.

  • Above the text shows them like a banner, Below the text like a gallery.
  • With images, the bot sends the panel in the newer message layout of Discord: each embed becomes a box in its colour with the images inside, the buttons stay below. The preview in the dashboard shows where the images go.
  • Uploaded images are served from the website. Images no panel uses any more are deleted after 30 days, so update sent panels after you remove one.
  • Without Premium, the images stay stored but the panel is sent without them.

#Multi panels

Attach other panels to this one. Their Create ticket buttons appear under this panel's message, so one message offers Whitelist, Report a player and Question side by side. Each button opens a ticket in its own panel, with that panel's roles, category and form.

  • Attach up to 24 panels. With this panel's own button that makes 25, the most Discord allows in one message.
  • The order of the attached panels is the order of the buttons.
  • Change the label, emoji and colour of each button in the Buttons group of the attached panel.

#Buttons per row

How many buttons share a row, from 1 to 5. Discord wraps to a new row after five anyway. Fewer per row gives longer labels more room.

#Send and update

Send the panel from the dashboard or with $panel 1. After editing, press Update in the dashboard to bring the sent messages to the new version, so members keep the same message. See Panels overview.

When the dropdown is on, it replaces the buttons. A panel message has either buttons or one dropdown.
