What Premium adds, what stays free, how billing works per server and what happens on downgrade.

#Premium is per server
A subscription belongs to one server. If you run two servers, each needs its own Premium. You buy it in the dashboard of the server under Premium. All your subscriptions, across every server, are listed in your account, where you also cancel, resume and find your invoices.

#What stays free
Panels with buttons, multi panels, dropdowns and command style. Forms with five questions. Transcripts on demand, a transcript channel and logging. Escalation, limits, custom commands, command configs, variables with modifiers, dashboard history and both languages.
#Add-ons
Add-ons are booked per server on top of Premium.

| Whitelabel runs the ticket system under your own Discord application, so members see your bot's name, avatar and status everywhere, also in DMs and the member list. Premium alone changes the profile of the shared bot on your server only. |
#Enterprise
For networks with several servers: licences for several servers from one offer, with terms and billing agreed with you. There is no fixed price, tell us what you need.

#Discount codes and sales
- Discount codes. If you have a code, enter it in the Stripe checkout, in the field for a promotion code. The checkout shows the reduced price before you pay.
- Sales. While a sale runs, the pricing page shows it, and the checkout applies its discount on its own. The discount covers the first payment; after that the normal price applies.
- Not both. A checkout with a running sale has no code field, so a code cannot be added on top of a sale. Keep your code for a time without a sale if it gives you more.
#Cancel and downgrade
- Cancel any time in your account. Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you can resume until then.
- After that, the server uses the free behaviour. Your settings stay stored. Premium settings are shown as locked and apply again when you upgrade.
- Messages longer than the free limit are cut when sent, not deleted.
- Transcripts stay 30 more days, then those older than 30 days are deleted. See Transcripts.
- A server with Whitelabel falls back to the shared bot when Premium ends. Resend your panels afterwards, see Whitelabel.
#Premium keys
The operator can hand out premium keys, for example for giveaways or partners. Redeem a key in the dashboard under Premium. It adds its days to the server.
