Limits and schedule

How many tickets a member or a panel may have, and opening hours per weekday and hour.

Limits stop a single member from opening five tickets for one question. The schedule closes a panel outside your team's hours.

#Open tickets

  • Per member. How many open tickets one member may have in this panel. Default: 1.
  • In total. How many open tickets the panel may have at once. 0 means no limit.
  • Bypass roles. Members with one of these roles ignore both limits.

#Closed tickets

The same three settings for closed tickets that still exist as channels. Useful when closed tickets stay around for a while and you want to keep the channel list in check. 0 means no limit.

#Server-wide limit

A limit across all panels is set in Server configs as the global ticket limit.

#Opening hours

Premium. A grid of seven days with 24 hours each. Tick the hours in which members can open tickets.

  • Time zone. The hours are read in this time zone. Default: Europe/Berlin.
  • Bypass roles. Members with one of these roles can open tickets at any time.
  • Message. What members see outside the opening hours.
  • Replace the ticket message. Off: outside the hours no ticket opens, the member only sees the message. On: the ticket opens anyway, with the schedule message instead of the ticket message. Good for We will answer tomorrow.

The member sees limit and schedule messages only for themselves. Nobody else is notified.
