Messages
Every message a panel sends in one place, and how the message editor works.
The bot sends a dozen different messages for a panel. They all use the same editor and the same limits.

#The editor
A message has plain content and up to ten embeds. An embed has a title with an optional link, a description, a colour, an author with icon, a thumbnail, an image, a footer with icon, an optional timestamp and fields. The preview next to the editor fills in variables with sample values, so you see roughly what members will see.
Discord markdown works everywhere: **bold**, *italic*, __underline__, ~~strike~~, `code`, code blocks, quotes, lists and headings.
#Limits
| Free | Premium | |
|---|---|---|
| Characters in content and embed description | 250 | 4,000 |
| Embeds per message | 1 | 10 |
| Embed fields | No | Up to 25 |
Longer messages are stored in full on a free server, but the bot cuts them to the free limits when it sends them. Nothing is lost when you upgrade later.
Mentions in embeds do not ping. Put
{ticket.user}or a role mention in the content if you want a notification.
